I mix old password with new ones... Everytime I change password, invariably I lock my account by typing the old password and not remembering the new one..
Past 3 days... I locked my bank account(real pain to get them reset your password and mail it to you) and now my vpn access to office.. damn!!!

Rajesh here, I suggest keep your name (or ajaydevgan name) as password, So you will not forget in ur lifetime.
