Humour... ability to crack joke is single most important talent... I have this colleague.. I am totally awed, his ability to crack jokes.. damn.. How does he manage this.. If I am in a critical situation.. it would not be hard to guess.. one look should tell the story.. But this guy... We were in deep waters and were to run a query.. but feared that would make the situation worse.. But this guy joked about this single query ending his career in office.. definitely lightened the place..
One does not have to be stand-up comedian like Russel Peters cracking quality jokes.. as long as the jokes are not too vulgar or out of place, is definitely welcome..
Few cracks here and there.. makes the work place more fun...
Popularity - Directly proportional to sense of humour.. Wah!!
